ESPO: European PRF Directive

On 16 January, the European Commission published the new proposal on the
revision of the Port Reception Facilities (PRF) Directive.
ESPO, the European Sea Port Organisation, represents the position of ports in the task force of the European Sustainable Shipping Forum.
